We are based in Hawaii, USA.
Where do your dresses ship from?
Orders are processed and shipped from our U.S.-based operations in Hawaii.
Do you manufacture replica gowns?
No. Our gowns are either developed through our in-house design process or sourced through authorized designer partnerships.
Are the photographs on your website real?
Yes. All images displayed on our website and official channels represent gowns produced by our studio or officially supplied designer collections offered through authorized channels. If a dress is pictured on our website, the dress will look exactly like the photos or a refund will be provided.
Are you affiliated with other websites that use similar names?
No. Dresses by Linda & Agnes operates as an independent U.S. studio and is not affiliated with unrelated businesses using similar names.
Do you mass produce gowns?
No. We operate on a controlled, small-scale production model focused on structure, fit, and finish rather than high-volume output.
What is your production timeline?
Commissioned gowns typically require approximately 14–20 weeks depending on design complexity and fabric availability. Ready-to-ship, Mother of the bride, quinceanera, prom and formal items are dispatched within two business days when in stock, when not in stock about 3 weeks. Contact us to inquire about stock.
Do you provide photos before shipping?
Yes. For commissioned gowns, we provide both production pictures and pictures of the completed dress for client review prior to shipment. Adjustments reflecting the originally agreed design may be made before final approval.
Where are returns shipped?
Returns are shipped back to Hawaii.
How are your reviews?
All reviews within the last 10 years are overwhelmingly positive. We have maintained a 5 star rating on Etsy and 100% positive feedback on Ebay as well as many reviews on the mentions section of our facebook page and on instagram.

Yes, select gowns are available for viewing and try on at our retail partner
Is there a store where I can try your dresses on?
Yes select designs can be tried on at our sister shop Two Sisters Bridal in Dyer Indiana. If there is a specific design you’re interested in please contact them to be sure it’s available for try on.
